Terms and Conditions
Please read these carefully, making a purchase from this site indicates that you accept these terms.
eTickets
1. Full price Adult and Child tickets to the Festival are now only issued as electronic tickets, via email, using the eTickets.to system. You may be asked to present this email and the validation code in the email to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission for which Port Eliot Festival LTD cannot be held responsible.
2. eTickets provide the platform for this transaction but your purchase and contract is made directly with Port Eliot Festival LTD who is responsible for resolving any issues with you.
Paper Tickets (Early bird/Artist/Concessions)
1. Port Eliot Festival will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
2. It is your responsibility to check your ticket prior to the Festival, and contact us immediately if there is a problem, as mistakes may not be rectified at the Festival.
3. Entry will only be permitted on production of valid tickets. Tickets are only valid when presented in full. Tickets without stubs, defaced or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted for admission (please contact Port Eliot Festival prior to the event in the case of accidental damage).
General Terms and Conditions
1. No refunds will be offered unless the Event is cancelled. Refunds are equal to the face value of the Ticket. You must claim your refund within 3 months of the date of the event.
2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. We reserve the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the Festival for health and safety or licensing reasons.
4. We reserve the right to conduct security searches and to refuse admission to you should you refuse to comply with such security searches.
5. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children 7 years and under are admitted free of charge.
6. No Animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
7. No Illegal substances or glass bottles are permitted on site.
8. Port Eliot Festival is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event.
9. Strictly no trading allowed within the site without the prior consent of Port Eliot Festival management.
10. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast.
11. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of the Festival Management.
12. Wristbands remain the property Port Eliot Festival until Midday on Monday 26th July 2010.
The purchase of a Port Eliot Festival ticket is subject to acceptance of the above terms and conditions, and the festival management reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary.
